Exchange Policy  (applies to apparel only):
Provided the item is not worn, altered or washed, has the original swing tags attached and is in the original packaging, you may return it within 3 days of receiving your item for an exchange.

Please contact our team at info@evan-evina.com about an exchange as soon as possible after receiving your purchase. Include your order number and details of the item/s you wish to exchange it for. We will provide you with further instructions from there.

Please note: 

  • Unfortunately Evan-Evina cannot be responsible for the postage fees associated with exchanges. Customers are entirely responsible for paying postage for 1) sending the product back 2) sending out the replacement product.
  • Items must be returned within 3 days of purchase. It will be up to our discretion based on postal tracking data provided by Australia Post if the item is valid for exchange.
  • This policy applies to full-priced apparel items only. It does not apply to sale items.
  • In the interest of hygiene, we do not offer exchanges on any jewellery under any circumstances.
  • We will not accept any returns for exchange that are not in the original condition as when purchased.
