PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to exchange only according to our Exchange Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
It is entirely the customer's responsibility to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store, including delivery name and address. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Evan-Evina delivers using Australia Post Services.
Customers may choose from the two delivery options:
Standard Delivery (1-5 working days)
Express Delivery (next working day delivery within the express post network)
All parcels have tracking, so you can check the status of your order online at any time. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your parcel tracking number.
If your order is placed on a weekday, please allow up to 24 hours for dispatch. If your order is placed over the weekend, it will be dispatched on the following Monday.
We recommend your parcel be sent to an address where there will be someone to receive it between 9am - 5pm. If no one is at your specified shipping address when delivery is attempted, Australia Post will leave a card which will direct you to a local post office for collection at your convenience.
Evan-Evina delivers all international orders using Australia Post services.
International orders will have an approximate delivery time frame of 7-10 business days, depending upon your location.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number which will allow you to see how close you are to receiving your package!
For destinations not listed, please contact email@example.com for delivery pricing options.
Please note: Evan-Evina cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. These potential fees will rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs offices for more information regarding taxes and duties in your country.
We will not be responsible for any delays in delivery that are beyond our control. This may include delays by Australia Post services, unforeseen weather conditions, or peak season delays.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
